We send most items via UPS Ground shipping. Some items are shipped via USPS. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3rd Day Air delivery on items you need sooner. But, there is a significant additional cost to these Air shipping options. Also, some items can not ship via air delivery. The minimum shipping weight is 1 LB. AAI does not guarantee any shipping or delivery times and is not responsible for any delays. Nor is AAI responsible for any Drop Shipped items from any vendor, manufacturer, or other supplier?s shipping or delivery times/delays. There are no refunds or returns for late or delayed shipments.
UPS NEXT DAY, 2nd or 3rd DAY AIR DELIVERY: We also offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air delivery in the Continental U.S. The cost of these services are substantially greater than normal ground shipping charges. We will ship Next/2nd/3rd Day orders the same day if taken before 12:00 p.m. MST, Monday thru Friday, on in-stock items. An "Express" fee of $2.50 will be added to each order. This is in addition to the Shipping Charges. Boxes which require oversize on air shipments are billed out based on shipping standards. This is called dimensional weight.
OVERSIZE: All items which are considered oversize can be shipped ground but require a ?ground oversize? shipment charge. The minimum charge is billed out at 30 lbs. There may be items on this site which are oversized but may not be indicated as such. We reserve the right to charge an oversize fee on any order which contains a product that is oversized, even though it may not be indicated on the site.
DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT: Dimensional weight is used to figure the cost of shipping for a Next-day or 2-day air package. Example: A package weighing 10 lbs actual weight going air could cost you the 30-50 lbs air rate. This is all based on the size of the box which we have to pack your order in. You will be advised when ordering on the cost of air shipments.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS: Some product is too large and must be shipped by motor freight. All truck orders must be pre-paid with a credit card. Please include, whenever possible, a business or commercial address for delivery. A $50 charge will be added to truck shipments delivered to a residential (non-business/non-commercial) address.
Some orders are shipped ?Freight Collect?. You pay the carrier at the time of delivery.
SHORTAGES: Always check the contents of your delivery to insure all of the parts that you ordered were received. Please read the invoice. Double check all packing material, small items may be wrapped inside with these products. Save all packing materials. Shortages may occur from damage. Inspect the box for holes that would allow parts to fall out. If you are missing any item(s), be sure to check your invoice for backorders or canceled items before calling the customer service department. If we need to split a shipment into multiple boxes, the shipper may deliver packages on different days. Save the box and packaging material if a shortage has occurred. You need to contact the customer service department within 5 days of delivery to assure prompt replacement. We assume no liability after this period.
Orders: No orders will be accepted via E-mail unless instructed by sales staff. You will be given a special E-mail address and authorization code for these orders. For all regular orders, please use the Shopping Cart section. Regular orders are shipped out as soon as possible. However, due to order volumes and availability on some items, some orders can take three to seven days before shipping. Please contact us for other options. MINIMUM ORDERS: Orders under $20.00 will have an additional $2.00 charge.
RETURNS: AAI wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 15 days after you purchase your merchandise you are not satisfied, you may return the un-used item for exchange or store credit. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory un-used condition, with no modifications or alterations. Merchandise must be in new condition and must include packaging materials, instructions/manuals, and accessories/hardware. There is a 20% restocking charge on ALL returns. There are NO returns or exchanges of electrical parts or components, custom made or cut-to-length lines/hoses, installed fittings/lines/hoses, used/installed items, special orders or close-out items. There are NO returns of Safety Equipment, exchanges only will be accepted on un-used/un-installed items with manufacturers defect. There are no refunds or credit for shipping and/or handling fees. All returns are subject to management approval. All returns require a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to returning the item. You must pay all return shipping costs. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. Please contact AAI PRIOR to returning ANY item. Items received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
PRICING: All pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Pricing shown on the website are internet/website prices only.
TAX: We only collect taxes on orders shipped to Colorado addresses.
